Trained by a bomb-disposal officer and 100-mile runner

Build unbreakable discipline with the same system soldiers use to prepare for war.

One real mission every month for your body, mind, and leadership.

★ First 50 join free — for life

No card. The only cost is the mission.

01 · The problem

You don’t need another program.

You’ve done this before. Bought the plan. Started strong. Faded by week three.

It wasn’t the program’s fault. It wasn’t yours either. The problem is simpler than that: nothing in your life had a consequence for quitting. No deadline. No standard. No one checking.

Most people don’t need more information. They need a mission.

02 · One mission. Three arenas.

Each month has one theme.

One theme, run through all three: your body, your mind, and how you lead.

Body

A physical challenge with a fixed standard and a deadline.

Mind

Remove a comfort or build a keystone habit — and hold it all month.

Leadership

A mission that forces you to show up for someone other than yourself.

Mission → Briefing → Proof → Mark.

01

Mission drops.

You get the objective, the standard, the deadline.

02

Briefing.

An audio brief from a bomb disposal officer on why this mission matters, and how to attack it.

03

Proof.

You submit evidence that you actually did it.

04

Mark.

You earn the month’s Mark. Miss the standard, no Mark. The marks cannot be bought.

03 · Example mission

Here’s what one mission looks like.

The Burden

A simple test of what you can carry.

You do not become stronger by avoiding weight. You become stronger by learning what you can carry.

Body

5 km ruck at your Baseline Load.

Mind

Listen to the briefing, then answer: What burden are you avoiding because you have decided it is too heavy?

Leadership

Take ownership of one problem you have been waiting for someone else to solve.

Complete all three. Post your proof. Earn the Mark.

What matters here

  • +One theme drives all three arenas.
  • +The challenge scales, but the standard does not.
  • +Proof matters more than intention.
  • +The win is not the task. The win is the follow-through.

Baseline load

Your load is personal. The standard is not.

Missions often involve weighted work — a ruck, a carry, a hold. Your Baseline Load is the weight you can move with good form right now. Every mission scales to it.

75% of Baseline over a longer distance

Everyone completes the same mission. The load changes. The standard does not.

04 · Proof

The ones who’ve done it.

Manuel: after 3 years of severe depression and drug abuse, finding Unbreakable Mind was 'the light' — one week in, he went for a run instead.
Jeff: the first day nearly killed me — now we did that plus six hours. Can’t wait for part 2.
Lucas: today I realized that I am capable of anything. Where is the limit? Let’s find out.
Fredrik: took on the mentally giant task at work instead of the easy ones — now has a huge client impressed with his speed.
Chris: seriously, you created the best team ever.
Joni (Instagram): the last 6 weeks were nothing short of perfection. Thank you, Gabriel, and the whole team.
AutoDents: I feel very privileged to be part of this journey — you clearly have a valuable set of skills and knowledge.
Vegard: my son now watches me train and wants to do the same — Gabriel, you are changing people’s lives.
Vicente: in so much pain, but mentally I feel good and focused — starting to find my groove.
Joni: the amount of gratitude I feel — we created this community together, every single one of us.
Vegard: if it isn’t blatantly obvious by now, believe in what you’re doing — you are changing people’s lives. We’re all here to support your mission.
Fredrik: never started a Monday this way before — the week’s hurdles feel like a piss in the wind.
Vegard: amazing session — can’t wait to go through hell with you guys again Tuesday.
Group: thank you brothers, I really enjoyed the training and meeting you all — awesome group of people.
Group: we reached 1200m altitude — a physical milestone.
Vegard: thank you for today — incredibly hard, but I learned a lot about myself.
05 · Founder

Built by someone who had no choice but to be calm.

I spent my military career in bomb disposal — walking toward the thing everyone else walks away from.

Here’s what that job teaches you: the toughest men aren’t the fittest, the loudest, or the most talented. They’re the ones who do what they said they’d do — especially when nobody would blame them for backing out.

That’s trainable. Not with information. With missions: a real objective, a fixed standard, and a deadline that doesn’t care how your week went. That’s what I built.

06 · What’s included

A mission, a briefing, a standard, and your Mark — every month.

A coach costs $300 a month. Most $10 apps get opened twice and ignored — because nothing happens if you don’t.

Membership will be $29 a month. Right now, for the Founding 50, it’s free — and stays free for as long as you hold your spot. We’re not being generous. We want the first 50 men to set the standard everyone after them gets measured against.

07 · The deal

The only price is the work.

A founding spot costs nothing to claim and everything to keep honest. The mission has a standard and a deadline. Meet it and the Mark is yours. That’s the whole deal.

08 · Who it is for

This is for people who are done negotiating with themselves.

Join if you…

  • +You know you are capable of more than you are currently showing.
  • +You want to rebuild discipline by doing difficult things, not just reading about them.
  • +You prefer action over endless self-improvement content.
  • +You want a reason to train your Body, Mind, and Leadership every month.
  • +You are willing to post proof instead of quietly telling yourself you almost did it.

Do not join if you…

  • You just want more content.
  • You want another course you can leave half-finished.
  • You are looking for motivational noise instead of a standard.
  • You want easy completion with no friction or honesty.
  • You’re looking for content to consume — more Goggins videos. There’s nothing to binge here. There’s only this month’s mission — done or not done.
09 · The window

Founding 50

The first 50 members join free — and stay free for life. When the counter hits zero, membership is $19/month. Once the first paid cohort fills, it’s $29 for everyone who follows. Spots remain limited.

A new mission drops each month

Missions launch together — everyone runs the same mission, same month. Join before the drop, or wait for the next one.

10 · FAQ

A few quick answers before you join.

Is it really free?

For the Founding 50, yes — free, and it stays free for life. No card required. After the 50 spots fill, membership is $19/month, and later $29. The catch isn’t money. It’s that missions have standards, and the Mark is only earned.

What if I miss a month?

You miss that Mark. No penalty, no restart of everything — but Marks can’t be earned retroactively. The record is honest or it’s worthless.

Can I cancel or pause?

Anytime, in two clicks. No contract, no exit call, no hoops. (Founding members who leave give up their free-for-life spot — it goes to the next man in line.)

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. The standard is fixed; the load is personal. Your Baseline Load scales every mission to where you are now. What can’t be scaled is whether you show up.

How much time does a mission take?

Most missions are built for men with jobs and families: daily work measured in minutes, plus one or two bigger efforts across the month.

What happens right after I join?

You get your current mission and its briefing immediately, plus your Baseline Load setup. You start today, not next month.
