These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the programs offered by The Examined Life Coaching AB (“Unbreakable Mind”, “we”, “us”). By using this site you agree to these terms.
We provide mental and physical resilience coaching, the UM Warrior program, and in-person events such as the Areté camp. Program details, schedules, and pricing may change, and participation may be subject to eligibility and capacity.
Our programs are physically demanding. You are responsible for ensuring you are in suitable health to participate and for disclosing any relevant medical conditions. Participation is always voluntary, and you may opt out of any activity at any time.
Bookings, applications, and payments may be handled through third-party services. Any applicable fees, deposits, and transfer or cancellation terms will be made clear at the point of booking.
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe the rights of others.
All content on this site — text, branding, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
Our programs are provided in good faith but results are not guaranteed and depend on your effort and circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or participation in our programs.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, where The Examined Life Coaching AB is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
